SMALLER LIGHTER BETTER
Weights under 430 grams and 390 grams!SNVS is one of the lightest NVG binocular on the market!Utilizing special non-metallic materials and a foldable weight-shifting design, this lightweight and compact SNVS NVG reduces the burden on the user like never before!
Reinforced Durability for All Missions under All Conditions
SNVS introduces a patented reinforced architecture with operational demands in mind. Tested to IEC 60068/GB-T2423 (Technically equivalent to MIL-STD-810H/NATO AECTP), proving the SNVS one of the more reliable NVG for tactical situations!
- Shock resistance:≥100g@6ms: 2.5X higher performance and standard than US military and NATO functional shock baseline (40g@11ms)
- Multiple 1.5 m concrete drop tests: Equivalent drop height≈3x higher than current U.S. in-service NVGs; Impact energy (gravitational potential energy)≈9xhigher
- Multi-axis swept-sine testing (5–100 Hz): Validated using vibration profiles derived from real soldier movement and battlefield shock-not laboratory transport assumptions.
- -40℃ to +55℃ operating temp: Thermal operation standard and performance exceeds typical NATO/US envelopes by 5-10℃
- IP68 waterproofing(20 m)
- Flame- and salt-resistant housing0
STREAMLINED ERGONOMICS FOR CQB & VEHICLE OPS
- Reduced collision risk in vehicles and confined spaces
- Optimized for CQB, tactical driving, urban operations
- Stable and comfortable even in compromised shooting positions
- Designed around how operators actually move and fight.
MILLISECOND AUTO POWER
The SNVS integrates a millisecond-response automatic power-on/off system (Patent pending in the USA and EU).
- Operator flips one pod up to use the naked eye
- That pod powers off instantly to protect the tube and reduces flashback
- The other pod stays powered, maintaining continuous NV coverage
Tactical significance:
- Preserves peripheral awareness and fluid target transitions in tight, mixed-light CQB environments -no snagging, no manual adjustments, no disruption to the fight.
- Enables simultaneous natural-eye and night-vision observation
- No full-system shutdown when entering lit areas or vehicles; Immediate transition back to darkness with zero blackout and zero delay
Operational advantage:
- Move between light and dark without stopping, without re-powering, and without losing awareness and weapon manipulation.

Programmable Auto Flip ON/OFF
Problem with Traditional NVG (e.g., PVS-31A): Rely on gyroscopic sensors to cut power when flipped up, but gyros are unstable and often cause accidental shutdowns during climbing or parachuting—an unacceptable risk that endangers the life of operators.
SNVS Solution: Uses a programmable, gyro-free logic system.
- Powers down only beyond a preset vertical angle.
- Does not shut off during natural head movement.
- Certified to program for climbing, airborne, and dynamic missions.
Dual Safety IR System — Designed to Prevent IR Exposure in Real Combat
The real-world risk:
In tactical operations, accidental IR activation and unintentional IR illuminator activation can immediately expose an operator’s position to adversaries equipped with night-vision devices.
SNVS safeguards:
- Multi-stage IR safety interlock prevents accidental activation
- Physical IR blocking when the illuminator is not in use
- In-tube IR status indicator, confirming IR activation at a glance
- Diffuse or focused IR illumination for close range navigation or long-range projection
Combat automation:
- IR ON→both pods flipped up→IR automatically OFF→Any pod returned to eye position→IR automatically ON
- IR ON→NVG flipped up(auto power-off)→IR automatically OFF→NVG flipped down(auto power-on)→IR automatically ON
Tactical advantage:
IR is never activated by mistake and never left on unintentionally – reducing exposure risk in all tactical environments.
Intelligent Bright-Light Protection Maintaining Awareness Under Sudden Illumination
Operational risk:
Sudden exposure to strong light can damage image intensifiers or cause abrupt system shutdown, leading to temporary loss of situational awareness.
SNVS protection logic:
- No instant shutdown under brief or transient bright-light exposure
- Automatic standby only after sustained excessive brightness
- Instant recovery when light levels return to safe operating conditions
Tactical advantage:
Operators retain visual awareness during unpredictable light transitions instead of experiencing sudden blackout at critical moments.
Optical Excellence—See Better and More Comfortably at Night
Operational requirement:
In CQB, VCQB, and extended night operations, operators must maintain a stable, undistorted image while moving, shooting, and wearing protective equipment- mostly not in static, ideal viewing positions.
SNVS optical system:
- MIL-SPEC optical assemblies and coatings
- High image clarity with controlled distortion and stray-light suppression
- True 1x magnification for natural depth perception and weapon alignment
Long eye relief & large eyebox(combat advantage):
- Eye relief up to 29 mm, compatible with goggles, respirators, and facial protection
- Large eyebox tolerates head movement, recoil, and unconventional shooting positions
- Reduces eye fatigue and alignment sensitivity during prolonged missions
- Manually adjustable diopter allows rapid focus compensation for individual eyesight without corrective lenses
Tactical advantage:
A forgiving, adaptable sight picture that remains usable across operators, equipment setups, and dynamic fighting positions.
Low-Light Imaging Performance Selected for Combat, Not Just FOM
Operational requirement:
In real operations, image intensifiers must deliver usable contrast, low noise, and stable gain under unpredictable and rapidly changing light- not just high laboratory scores.
SNVS tube selection philosophy:
- Configurable Gen3 filmless auto-gated image intensifiers
- FOM up to 2400+ (white phosphor) for maximum detection and identification range
- Additional FOM 1700-2200 white or green phosphor options for mission-specific configurations
- Budget friendly options also available
Beyond FOM – combat-relevant screening:
- Each tube individually evaluated for SNR, EBI, and gain stability, not FOM alone
- Manual Gain option is widely available
Tactical advantage:
Clear, consistent imagery when ambient light is minimal and conditions are unpredictable – enabling confident target discrimination instead of noise-limited observation.
